      There are some exception postcodes that will take longer than our advertised service due to the further distance covered to get to you, these include, 

      HS, KW15, KW16-17, PA49, PA60– PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41, PH43, PH42, PH44, PH49, ZE2 & ZE3, JE, GY, and IM.

      We do not offer a Next Working Day Service to BT postcodes. Additionally, we do not ship to PO BOX addresses, BFPO or Armed Forces addresses.

      Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after this period then we cannot be held responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
