- If you order after 4 pm on a Friday we will process and ship your order on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Royal Mail 2 - 3 Business Days Delivery - £2.95 on all orders under £79.95 (FREE over £79.95)
Royal Mail Next Business Day Delivery - £4.95 on all orders under £150 (FREE over £150)
DPD Next Working Day Delivery - £4.95 on all orders under £150 (FREE over £150)
Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
There are some exception post codes that will take longer than our advertised service due to the further distance covered to get to you, these include,
HS, KW15, KW16-17, PA49, PA60– PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41, PH43, PH42, PH44, ZE2 & ZE3, JE, GY, and IM. D
We do not offer a Next Working Day Service to BT postcodes.
We do not ship to PO BOX addresses, BFPO or Armed Forces addresses.
Click & Collect - Click and Collect from our Eastbourne store - just place your order as usual and then immediately email, call or live chat our customer service team to ask that your order be put aside for Eastbourne Store Pick up (we will also refund any shipping costs). Please be aware we work fast! If we don't hear quickly from you it is possible we will pick, pack and ship your order to your local address.
PRODUCT DELIVERY ERRORS (UK)
Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after this period then we cannot be held responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged, received the wrong item/size or have items missing you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to report this. You must keep all outer packaging so that an investigation can be raised. Failure to provide images of the packaging may result in Urban Industry not being able to process an investigation. The item may need to be returned back to Urban Industry and this must be returned in the original condition - unworn and all tags attached.
