What is Urban Industry's returns policy?

Urban Industry offers an 18-day returns window from receipt of your online order. Items must be unworn, with all original tags and labels attached, and returned in suitable packaging in perfect sellable condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, scented, soiled, marked, or damaged in any way. Shoes must be unworn outside with clean soles and intact boxes. Urban Industry offers free UK delivery on orders over £80. Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) applies on orders of £80 and over. Introducing: Pexwear

Pexwear is the revived heritage workwear label of John Peck & Co., originally founded in Liverpool in 1816 and operated from the famed Edge Lane factory.

For more than 150 years, Pexwear was a quiet cornerstone of British industrial dress, supplying butchers, engineers, warehousemen and craftsmen with honest, hardwearing uniform. The original company did not survive the industrial decline of the 1970s, but the archives did.

Today's Pexwear is a faithful, modern reissue: original patterns and silhouettes reinterpreted for contemporary makers, hospitality crews, and the design-led customer who wants real heritage workwear rather than its costume version.

At Urban Industry we have added Pexwear to our curated workwear collection because it sits exactly where we live: democratic, utilitarian, built for hands, and quietly British in its construction philosophy.
