What is Urban Industry's returns policy?

Urban Industry offers an 18-day returns window from receipt of your online order. Items must be unworn, with all original tags and labels attached, and returned in suitable packaging in perfect sellable condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, scented, soiled, marked, or damaged in any way. Shoes must be unworn outside with clean soles and intact boxes.
