We are unable to ship any orders to company addresses and PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, BFPO or Armed Forces addresses.
If additional information is required to ship your order, our customer service team will be in contact with you before the order is dispatched.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders sent within the EU and the US will be sent duties and taxes paid so you will not receive any additional charges on delivery.
Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. Customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay regarding your delivery.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We cannot ship internationally to company addresses.
DELIVERY ERRORS
Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are an International customer and you have not received your order within 12 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 12 days. If you notify us after this period then we cannot be held responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

Why the Big Difference in Australia Shipping Costs?
Being completely honest and transparent it costs a lot for us to send goods to Australia with an Express DHL service. We chose DHL to work with because of the speed but also the security of it actually reaching our Australian customers and it not taking up to 28 days with some domestic services. With this service comes cost and we are heavily subsidising the cost. Being even more honest we can't make a profit sending goods valued under $150 to Australia. Sorry! It's just economics on this one.
