The Wild Things brand was founded in 1981 by accomplished mountaineers Marie Meunier and John Bouchard. Founded in New Hampshire, an area surrounded by a challenging natural environment and no shortage of skilled climbers to test new products, Wild Things pioneered lightweight outdoor apparel designed for peak performance in any terrain.
The Wild Things Monster Vest in Taupe is perfect for outdoor adventures. Its 100% nylon outer and lining provides a water-repellent finish while the 100% polyester padding provides extra insulation. The vest is composed of PrimaLoft, a synthetic material developed in the 1980s as an alternative to goose down. This lightweight fabric retains heat even when wet, making it ideal for high-altitude climates.
The vest features a mock neck, sleeveless design, adjustable drawcord hem, and a zip closure with hook and loop fly. Plus, it has four zippered pockets at the front and two inner mesh pockets for extra storage.
