• The unique inclusion of two insoles means you can adapt the shoe for thick winter socks (3mm insole) or a precision summer racing fit (5mm insole).
  
• Despite the modular insoles, TheROCKER generally has a snug, performance-oriented fit. Satisy recommend sizing up for 0.5 from your usual size for optimal comfort. However, WE SAY - After trying them on in the store we'd recommend going up a full size for a more comfortable, every day fit.

Cleaning & Care Instructions

• Wipe clean only. Use a soft cloth or sponge with cool water. Avoid abrasive brushes that could snag the Rippy™ 66 monomesh grid.
• Remove the insoles after wet runs to allow both the footbed and the foam to air dry separately, preventing moisture buildup.
• Do not machine wash. Submerging the shoes can damage the high-rebound Euforia™ foam and technical adhesives.
• Always allow the shoes to dry away from direct heat sources like radiators (and definitely do not tumnle dry) to preserve the shape and lifespan of the materials.

1. Why two different insoles?
   Foot volume changes based on temperature, distance, and sock thickness. SATISFY provides both so you can "tune" the shoe to your foot’s current state without buying a different size.

2. Are the Satisfy The Rocker Shoes true to size?
   Yes according to Satisfy themselves, though runners with wider feet may prefer sizing up by half a size. WE SAY - After trying them on in the store we'd recommend going up a full size for a more comfortable, every day fit if you're not running in them.
   
   

3. Is the 3mm insole less cushioned?
   The 3mm insole provides more room inside the shoe, but the primary cushioning comes from the Euforia™ Super Foam midsole. The difference in "feel" is primarily about internal volume rather than total impact protection.

4. Is the "Super Foam" too soft for trails?
   Not at all. The Euforia™ blend is specifically tuned to be "stable-soft." It forgives missteps on rocks while providing the rebound you expect from a high-end road shoe.
   
   

5. What is Rippy™ 66?
   It is a high-tenacity "monomesh" that behaves like a cage for your foot. It is extremely breathable and won't stretch out, ensuring the fit stays consistent over the life of the shoe.
