I’ve owned over 20 pairs of dickies trousers, always waist 30. I bought a pair of these 873’s and the whole fit of them was completely off. The waist was miles apart from being able to hook onto the other side and the whole crotch area felt extremely tight. Length wise they were fine, but the waist and crotch ran extremely small. I’ve got a pair of 30 waist 803s that fit better than this, I’d avoid as I’m not sure going 1 size up would fit better, potentially might need to go 2 sizes up?! Also it had white stitching threads poking out the back of the trousers. I’ve attached a photo of the 873s sitting on top of the 803 and the 803s are bigger with same waist!
Sorry to hear about this. Dickies have on occassions had some manufacturing differences shall we say. Over the last 5-8 years there's been a lot of change, moving factories, covid, moving to recycled fabrics etc and there were a few pairs that seemed to be out of wack with normal measurements. Please do send them back to us for a full refund or we can measure a new pair here to make sure they are bang on.
