Can I order over the phone?

Apologies, we cannot take any payment over the phone.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, you can! Place your order as usual and then immediately contact us to request this before your order is dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

If your order has been placed before 4pm on a working day, this will always be dispatched on the same working day.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Am I able to cancel my order?

If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will try our best to action your request. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to action any cancellations.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse then we may be able to change your shipping address.

Can I remove an item from my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched then we may be able to remove any unwanted items from the 'bagging area'.

I have ordered the wrong product, can I amend my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched in our warehouse then we may be able to amend the product pre dispatch if this is available.

Why have I not received a confirmation email for my order?

If you have not received a confirmation email then there may be a mistake in your email address provided. If this is the case, we can amend the email address on the order for you. Alternatively, your order may not have been successful.

Can I request to leave my order in a safe place?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can request this with your courier. Please note if a customer selects Safe Place for the delivery, Urban Industry cannot be held responsible for the location of the parcel and the customer takes full responsibility for the parcel.

 

For our international customers...

Will I have to pay Duty and Tax to receive my order?

EU - We cover the costs of duty and tax to selected EU Countries - Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

Worldwide - Customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay regarding your delivery. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. The customer is responsible to pay for customs duty and tax.
