I’m torn giving a 3 star review, because Amy did her job well. I’m more frustrated by the incorrect information on your website, which made me buy two wrong pairs of trainers. Karhu’s website said go down half a size to your regular size, whereas yours said go up half a size. Two pairs later, I’m no better off and now the 8.5’s have sold out! Frustrating all round, especially when the customer has to pay for the return.

Urban Industry use Parcel Force as a courier who are the most unhelpful courier service on the market. PF returned my item to Urban Industry after saying they had made four unsuccessful attempts to deliver. On contacting customer services to explain that PF had only left a single ‘missed you’ card on what would have been the third delivery attempt I was told this was my problem and I would now be charged for the delivery costs whether I wanted the item resent or refunded.
Feels like I have no choice and no voice with Urban Industry. I would suggest they use a courier who provides a flexible and reliable service for the customer and not themselves e.g. EVRI
Hi Andrew, sorry to read about this issue. First thing I would mention is we don't use Parcel Force. We only use Royal Mail, DPD, and inpost. Looking into the communications we've had with you, it appears from the tracking that Royal Mail attempted to deliver to you four times before the item was being returned back to us. We do allow delivery to another address if you're going to be somewhere else and if that would be easier for you to receive the item there. Usually, our systems connected with Royal Mail would be sending you emails and text messages (if you'd added your mobile number) upon dispatch and all delivery attempts to give you the best chance of being in when they tried to deliver. Perhaps some of these notifications ended up in a spam filter? Royal mail continues to be an excellent delivery partner for us and they've come on leaps and bounds in the last few years with all the technical enhancements to keep the customer informed on their delivery.

Quick delivery, easy to use website, item in good condition. Please stop using those polystyrene balls to fill the box - so bad for the environment and you could used crinkled brown paper or similar. Thankyou!.
Hi Francesca, thank you for your kind words about our delivery and website! Just a quick reply, though, on the packaging that we use. We've never used polystyrene at all! The white chips that were in your box are actually corn starch! You can bin them or flush them down a toilet as they will completely melt away.
