How do I know which size to order?
Our team create size guides on 98% of our products to assist you in selecting the best size, first time! We hand-measure all of our products and the team use these measurements to create the size guides you see on the product page.
A helpful tip is to measure a similar item of clothing you already own and compare those measurements to ours. This can give you the best idea of what will fit comfortably.

Can I request a colourway of a product in the Cotopaxi Del Dia collection?
The Cotopaxi Del Día collection is known for its one-of-a-kind designs and each bag is uniquely made using repurposed materials, so no two are exactly alike - that's the core idea of the collection. Colours will vary from season to season depending on trending colors and fabric availability. The bag colour shown on the product is an example only and your pack will feature a one-of-a-kind colourway as part of the Del Día collection.
While we can’t guarantee a specific colorway, we can try to pass your request along to our warehouse team. If a similar colour is available, they’ll do their best to accommodate your preference when packing your order (this may not always be possible, especially during busy periods).
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Let's face it we stock a lot of brands and a lot of different products, choosing the right present for someone special can be very difficult. I added an item to my basket but it is now no longer available, what has happened?
If you have added an item to your basket and this no longer appears or shows as not available, this is most likely due to the item being out of stock.
