Please note dispatch times are subject to delays during busy periods and store closure days (for example, Christmas break).

We are unable to ship any orders to company addresses and PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, BFPO or Armed Forces addresses.

If additional information is required to ship your order, our customer service team will be in contact with you before the order is dispatched.

Please note, we are unfortunately not able to ship any sunglasses to Spain due to customs regulations.

Orders will typically be delivered within 4 working days of dispatch.

TAX DISCOUNTED SHOPPING

We offer a Tax Discount for our international shoppers. The price displayed will reflect this as long as you use the currency drop down and select the shipping destination.

The advertised currency for your country is approximate due to the currency exchange rate fluctuations.

Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are an International customer and you have not received your order within 12 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 12 days. If you notify us after this period then we cannot be held responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
