By Parra is the clothing label of Pieter Janssen, the Dutch artist better known simply as Parra, born in 1976 and based in Amsterdam. His career began designing posters and flyers for the Amsterdam electronic music and skate scenes in the late 1990s, and his first clothing brand Rockwell launched in 2002.
