We now stock more shoes than ever here at Urban Industry with no less than 450 individual styles available at any one time, but sometimes our footwear section becomes a victim of it's own success. With such a great range of shoes on offer, shoes very quickly get pushed down on the site as they make way for the latest batch of products to come in. I thought I would start to highlight some key pieces that come in. Some pieces that really stand out amongst the other but may sometime be missed as they flow in the relentless wave of fresh products that arrive into us on a daily basis.
Today I've pulled out the adidas Originals Spezial Shoes in their most recent Mars Red/Light Scarlet make up. This shoe is the perfect example of how our Product Focus feature will work, highlighting items that you might of missed but really should have seen.
The adidas Originals Spezial Shoe was original conceived in 1979, some 33 years ago now! Not originally designed for one of adidas' mainstream sports such as football or tennis, this one was created for handball and consequently may have snuck under the radar for the majority. It's a fairly clean looking shoe made up of simple panels and a rather Samba looking toe box. Contrast light scarlet coloured stripes, tongue patch and heel collar are balanced perfectly against the predominantly Mars Red suede upper. A grippy sole unit has been added for performance and a synthetic leather lining for extra comfort.
Priced at a very reasonable £58.00, this shoe is worth every penny. Without a doubt this shoe will please in all areas. adidas really know how to make a shoe that not on performs well but looks the part too, not always content on producing a fashion over function product like a lot of other shoe companies out there.
