Having recently caught up with King Apparel head honcho Tim Hoad for a Q&A as he celebrates the UK brand's 10th birthday, today we have the release of their new seasonal lookbook. The King Apparel AW13 Lookbook, entitled 'London's Finest', highlights what the brand does best. Recent highlights including the excellent ‘Warriors’ homage and the First Guard range are featured. We also get a look at the excellent custom cut & sew that King Apparel have been doing in limited edition runs for the past few seasons. Part one of the collection is already live on the site, with the second drop due in to us here at Urban Industry early next month. The guys over at King fill us on the London’d Finest lookbook:
“For the lookbook we teamed up with the producers, DJs and MC's who we really rate in London at the moment, guys that we really feel are the finest this city has to offer in their respective music scenes – and we should know, we've been here our entire lives.
Featured are DJ and Producers Roska, Plastician and Last Japan, as well as MC Illaman and rapper ItsNate. While some names may be familiar, those that aren't will be soon enough. The lookbook was shot in the respective ends of everyone involved, and as a result we ended up travelling to West, East, North and South London to chill with the guys and get the shots”.
