Why are we running a Loyalty Scheme?

We've been in business now for 10 years and in that time we feel that we've created a strong and independent street wear store through picking the right brands, products and by providing the best shipping services worldwide. We also know that we couldn't have built such an established store without our customers some who shop with us regularly through the year and some whom have become friends. Instead of running sporadic promo codes or flash sales we decided to reward our customers with an all year round discount to thank them for their loyalty in choosing to shop with Urban Industry.

Urban Industry Loyalty Scheme terms & conditions:

– Any returns / refunds will be deducted from this running total.
– Rolling account totals are calculated automatically by the online account system and cannot be amended by Urban Industry staff.
– The discount does not apply to your first order that breaks the threshold of Gold or Platinum, it will apply to your next order with us, once the first order has shipped.
– Gold & Platinum discounts are only available on fully priced items, items in sale or featuring a promo code are not included in this scheme.
– Should the spend over the 365 day period fall below platinum or gold (£500 & £100) the customer's loyalty discount will be lowered or removed automatically.
– Postage costs are not included in the running total.
