Urban Industry sends all items with some form of tracking attached.

Once your order has been processed we will use the postal service or courier depending on the service you have chosen. Once shipped we will amend your account information with the tracking number used

To see where your order is simply log into your Members account on the Urban Industry website and check your order history. You'll see your unique order number and with this the tracking number and the link to the Royal mail or Shipping companies website tracking service. You can then enter your tracking reference and read the relevant information.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for information on a 3rd party website, but please let us know if you have problems retrieving your tracking information as we require a high standard of service from our shipping partners.
