Easy Returns at Urban Industry:

IMPORTANT – Please follow our returns conditions:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size, if preferred. You must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows us to re-sell the item. If the item is damaged though you only have 7 days to tell us, please don't wear it or wash it.
Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.
 
If you DON'T wish to use our return services via the Royal mail or Collect+ please note any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Please use a 'Signed for' Service when sending your return back such as Recorded, Special Delivery or a courier service. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive back with us.

1. Drop back at the Post Office

Return your item using our Royal Mail returns Service.( For all of the United Kingdom )

We now include a returns postage sticker on the front of your invoice, use this for the Royal Mail returns service.

  1. Use the returns label on the front of this invoice. Stick this to the front of your return parcel.
  2. Take the return parcel to your local post office.
  3. You must retain the receipt of posting to prove that you've returned it. The item remains your responsibility until we receive it here.

Please note that in the UK Royal Mail returns can take up to 7 working days to arrive at our warehouse.

There's nothing to pay now! It costs just £2.99 for this returns service and this will be deducted from any refund made back to you card.

2. Don't fancy queuing at the Post office!

Return your item using our Collect + Returns Service.( For all of the England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

We now use the Collect + Return service as used by many household named stores. You can drop off your item at over 3500 local shops across the country at a time convenient to you. No more Saturday or Lunchtime queuing at the Post Office!

  2. Print the returns label that Collect + send you.
  3. Use Collect + Store Search to find your nearest local store.
  4. Drop the parcel off at that shop, collect receipt – DONE!

There's nothing to pay now! It costs just £2.99 for this returns service and this will be deducted from any refund made back to you card.

 

The Not So Small Print for returns...A general overview

For any reason you are unhappy with any Shoes, Clothing or Accessories (this includes all sale items) purchased from www.urbanindustry.co.uk, you can return it to us up until Monday 16th January (extended Christmas returns period). We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order, no need for a returns number.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from URBANINDUSTRY, for a full refund.

Order Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please note that you as the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us after order cancellation. You may use our cheap and easy £2.99 UK return service if you reside in the UK, or use your own method of return as long as its is tracked and requires a signature upon its arrival back to us. Please read the Return or Exchange on the back of your invoice. Return or exchange an item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
