Your Three Options for Returned Items -
Credit:
You can now send your item back and receive an immediate credit on your account!
Go shopping straight away or pop back when you have more time to use the credit against your next order. You have 6 months to use your credit.
Exchange:
Make an immediate exchange for different size or colour, as soon as we receive your item back we'll get your exchange item straight back out to you for free! *UK customer exchanges only, a charge will be made for international exchanges.*
Refund:
Can't find anything you want at the moment? No problem. Just mark your return sheet for a refund and we'll do the rest within 3 days of receiving your item back
Return Policy: VERY IMPORTANT
If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale.
All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
Any exchanges that cannot be exchanged due to no inventory, will be given 'Credit' to your Urban Industry Account(please note credit will only last for 6 months in your Urban Industry account). This will be used towards your next purchase with us. If you would like this 'Credit' as a refund instead, you will have to notify us within six months of the 'Credit' being given.
If for any reason you have any issues regarding an order that was returned to urban industry, you will have to contact us within 3 months, of the order being placed. After this time we can refuse to 'look into' it for you.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives for any defects that you might want to question at a later date, do not wear or wash the item before sending it back.
If the customers order is lost in the post. They may be required to fill out a 'Lost Claim Form', which will be sent to the customer in the post. When the customer receives this they MUST fill the form in and post it back in the self addressed envelope. If the customer does not fill in this form, we have the right to recharge the customer for item/s that have 'gone missing'.
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, we make every effort to give you the best products and best mail order service, occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date printed on the front of your invoice.
You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number. Just fill out the handy form on the back of your invoice and include it with the products you're returning, its as easy as that.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number. Please Note however, we may have already sent your item if you decide to cancel after 24 hours as of course we always try to ship as quickly as possible. If this is the case our standard Returns policy comes into force.
You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them.
Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.
