Hello! I just wanted to THANK YOU for the excellent customer service I have just had from your store when I bought items online.
I ordered the items late Saturday afternoon, silly me imputting the wrong card details (stressful morning shopping!) I was called up from a wonderful member of your staff, who took my details again on Monday afternoon and processed my order.
My order of Eastpak bags have arrived this morning and are in perfect, I am glad to find at last someone online who sell items from the EASTPAK range, and Iwill certainly be using you again!

Very pleased with the speedy service - I ordered it at lunch time and the morning after it came through the letter box. Other stuff that I ordered from another web site still has not arrived and they charge too much for delivery!
