Etnies are a world renowned skate brand based out of California. Etnies footwear and clothing are steeped in skate heritage. Etnies is owned by Sole Technology, Inc. (which also includes eS, Emerica and Altamont). Etnies is primarily a maker of footwear designed for skateboarding, but in more recent years Etnies has also created shoes and clothing for snowboarders, BMX and motocross riders, as well as surfers.
