New brand coming soon to Urban Industry for Holiday '11.
We here at Urban Industry always like to keep our brand mix varied and on-point, and love nothing more than bringing new brands before our customers. On that note, we're proud to introduce new brand ROOK Clothing to the fold. ROOK clothing comes from the minds of graphic designers Jon Garcia and Joe King. Acapulco Gold Clothing arrives at Urban Industry

Acapulco Gold Clothing, another strong New York import arrives in store this week.
Here at Urban Industry we're always on the look out to strengthan our brand offering and Acapulco Gold does just that. We've seen the brand around for a few years now, so, yes we've slept a bit on it which we're not proud of. Anyway, we've made amends and here we are now with a decent offering from their Fall 2011 range. We have Their Holiday range not far behind too.
As soon as we've opened the boxes the first thing that hit us was the simple quality of the Acapulco Gold t-shirts and sweatshirt in particular. The fleece items are all made in Canada and are along the lines of some of the HUF and Alife product. I have a sneaky suspicion that they are made in the same Reigning Champ factory that those brands use in Toronto somewhere but i could be wrong. Either way, the crews are super heavy and fit well. We have a strong range of t-shirts prints this season and a couple of custom 5 panel Snap Back Caps in as well.

Fresh in to Urban Industry for Holiday '11 comes the Nike x Mighty Crown 20th Anniversary Dunk Hi. Part of the 20th Anniversary collection between the sportswear giants and Japan's Mighty Crown sound system crew. There really is a party going on with these shoes with an abundance of details marking these out as true bangers - elephant print, transparent outsole detailing, midsole patterning, lace jewels and snake effect. That's before we mention the crazy patterned insole as well. Look for a drop on these at Urban Industry real soon! For now, check out the Mighty Crown crew at their best:

Urban Industry Store Launch Party 17.09.11 (RECAP)

To celebrate the opening of Urban Industry's new store, we invited a select guest list of customers, reps, friends and family along to the store launch party on 17.09.11. The weather timed a break for us to perfection. Thanks to our staff who did a sterling job helping the flood of customers get the bits they wanted, served a drink or BBQ'd a Hot Dog.
